Dalmoros St. Petersburg (Fl) | Fresh Pasta

This was our second time having these utterly amazing noodles. So far we have had 3 different kinds and all were absolutely delicious. We love the el dente style of the noodles and the sauces are amazing. Today we had the pleasure of including the tiramisu with our noodles and wow is all we can say. The gentleman behind the counter was exceptionally helpful and made the experience perfect. Definitely recommend.

Dalmoro’s in St. Pete is a small, no-frills spot in a prime location, and it completely blew us away. The staff is warm and friendly, and the food is the star—simple, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We had the fresh pasta with Bolognese, and it was perfect from texture to taste. You can really tell it’s made fresh—the kind of pasta that’s best enjoyed right away. Even reheated, it doesn’t compare (it’s too fresh for leftovers, in the best way). We also tried the sandwich with mortadella, pistachio cream, and mozzarella—rich, creamy, and incredibly flavorful. Heavier, for sure, but totally worth it. Two items were more than enough for two adults and a toddler, and we even had leftovers. With fast service and great prices, this place is an absolute gem. Don’t miss it if you’re in the area.

I really truly appreciate they make their own pasta provided in a cute paper box. I wish they provided a plated option and more comfortable seating options. I really like their flavorful chef special amatriciana and wish to try their homemade pesto. I wish there was a location in northeast Florida.

Dalmoros is a really great concept. Made to work fresh pasta and fresh ingredients and sauce of your choice. They do habe GF options as well (I got regular pasta was was delicious). The only reason for a 4 star was the pasta was so heavily oiled that the bottom pasta sits in a pool of it. I still plan to return and ask for a little less oil next time. Other wise, service is good. Outdoor/outback patio and limited indoor seating for tables of 2 maybe 3. More of a casual dining place.

I'm a very Italian woman and i was pleasantly surprised by this street food interpretation of some Italian classics. the pasta is indeed fresh and it all tastes pretty nice. service was wonderful and put up with all my skepticism with aplomb. get the lemon sorbet. just do it

Absolutely delicious! Never disappointed. The chef is such a great man- always welcoming and puts all effort into making sure the pasta is perfect. We appreciate you all at Dalmoros. Me and hubby like to take a weekly trip (1 hour ) to get some fresh pasta! Thank you again

What an awesome pasta place! Create your own pasta is an interesting idea, and this place does a great job! Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and fun. Food was fantastic as well!! Fresh house made pasta and you can tell. I very much enjoyed the visit. My only criticism was that it was a little quiet. If there was music, it wasn’t very audible. Will definitely be returning!!

Had a great experience here last week and love it, the young lady at the front register was such a sweet heart, I’m not sure how to spell her name correctly but she has amazing customer service ! We enjoyed are meals & also loved the complimentary dessert! pricing was around $21 a person and drinks were like $3-5 depending on selections. Meal was definitely worth it & for the girls you could even share for 2. But I know guys would probably eat the whole meal alone . Don’t hesitate to try it you’ll love it !!
